Barbara Arntson, MS, RDN, LRD – Registered Dietitian & Exercise Physiologist

Barbara Barbara was raised on a small farm in rural Buxton, ND. She went to Concordia College in Moorhead, MN to receive her double BA in Food, Nutrition, & Dietetics and Exercise Science. She later went on to Iowa State University in Ames, IA to get her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. She also completed her dietetic internship while at Iowa State. She has worked for the United States Public Health Service in Alaska under the Surgeon General as a dietitian for the Diabetes Program. She is certified in Adult Weight Management by the ADA and certified in Motivating Interviewing. She is an avid runner, taking part in many 5K, 10K, ½ marathon, and marathon races. She has coached runners of every level, from junior high to collegiate level. “My passion is to help every person achieve their nutritional & exercise goals”. Barbara is married & has five children: Ethan, Elliot, Ella, Emelia, & Emmett.

 

Gabe Arntson, MBA – Administrator & Office Manager

Gabe Gabe grew up in southern Minnesota near Fairmont. He attended college at Minnesota State University – Mankato before transferring to Concordia College in Moorhead where he earned his BA in Healthcare and Business Management. Gabe has been employed as a Training Administrator, Project Manager, Foundation Director, & Marketing Director and has written several grants. Gabe has successfully started up five businesses and currently works at UND College of Nursing and Professional Disciplines as the Director of Administration. Gabe is married to Barbara and they have five children.

 

 

Ashley Citrowske, MS, RDN, LRD – Registered Dietitian

Ashley attended the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics and her Master’s degree in Nutrition. Ashley has a passion for providing accurate nutrition information in order to help clients set and reach their own goals. She loves to help people find inexpensive and delicious foods that fit for their lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys biking and coming up with new meals in the kitchen.
